EasiBook & Ktm Train Tickets - Duplicate payments
Hello I am going JB. I book on easibook but payment gateway using Passion Debit card cannot succeed. It says Transaction did not go through. I tried using Credit card and it went through. I think should be 3x refund of RM2.22 *3. Why does my credit card transaction okay? I asked easibook for refund - They say ticket cannot be refund once issued. I told them alright. I will tell PM Dr Mahatir on Facebook. So I wrote my situation on technology news posts. The next email agrees to refund me. My question is if you don't refund me, where does the money go? Where where where. I also equation since i book 3x tickets, why are people still standing on ktm trains to JB if everyone has book allocated seats. The question of No refund long before train departure should be allowed. Apr 24 to 11 May The bigger question where does money ... go.... if not back to me.
